How do I know my delivery was delivered as promised?
Our professional Drivers constantly update our dispatcher. Once they arrive and deliver your cargo, one of our friendly Customer Rep's will contact you within half and hour. For overnight shipments, we wait until the opening of business the following day.

What kind of Insurance do you carry?
Totally Ground has the required authority to operate within the United States, Canada & Mexico. Our Cargo insurance policy coverage is double what's required by law. We have 1 million dollar Liability insurance to cover our vehicles.WE DO NOT OPERATE IN CANADA OR MEXICO.

Can we pay our bill by Credit Card?
We are working to make it possible to accept Credit Card payments. However at this point payment by business check is our preferred method. Cash will also be accepted, but drivers do not carry change.

What size constitutes a pallet?
A pallet dimensions are as follows, 48 inches by 45 inches and up to 5 feet high. Anything bigger will be extra. Double stacking pallets is not allowed. Uneven pallets will be charged based on area they occupy in the truck bed.

How far does our service coverage extend?
Our service area includes: CT, DC, DE, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI
TN, VA, VT, WV. However, we can ship anywhere in the Continental USA: If we cannot save you money, we will suggest a cheaper way through our network of Independent shippers (members of the Messager & Courier Association of America).

What’s your Fuel surcharge rate?
Fuel prices fluctuate regularly. To keep up with the ever changing fuel cost, we will add our fuel surcharge to our website soon. This is based on the average price of fuel posted by the Dept. of Energy. You can visit their website at www.eos.com or call the Dept of Energy to get the latest diesel fuel cost of the region. The price is update weekly every Monday. Call us for current quotes.

Conditions for $40.00 per pallet rate.
The $40.00 rate applies for second day delivery. Rush rate/ Same day delivery is different rate. This rate is based on dock to dock deliveries. No Hazmat material for this rate. No over night pickup or deliveries. Up to 350 pounds per pallet. Fuel surcharge applies. Tolls fees extra. Totally Ground LLC reserves the right to change this conditions without notice.
